Dr. Gloria Mheta
Executive DirectorDr. Gloria is a physician and a public health specialist with a decade of practice in general and family medicine as well as community health transformation programs with focus in the Africa region. In her career she has served in both public and private institutions combining cutting edge efficiency of the private sector with common good objectives of the public sector. She has managed a wide range of roles from leadership to clinical practices. Dr Gloria is widely regarded as a leading expert in health related researches in a variety of fields including health systems, reproductive health, health care financing and community development. She is passionate about social and integrated development, working towards creating full-fledged opportunities for the youth through access to resources. A specialist Master’s degree holder, Dr Gloria’s alma matter include Hubert Kairuki Memorial University (Tanzania, East Africa), the University of Dar es Salaam (Tanzania, East Africa) and American Academy of Dermatology training institute (USA) In her personal time, Dr Gloria enjoys being well versed with on-going global affairs, researching nutrition-based health solutions and natural human beauty care.

Ms. Theresia Mpeko
Administration ManagerTheresia is an experienced health administrator who is dedicated and committed to providing exceptional administrative support to both public and private organizations. She attained her barchelor degree in Health systems management from Mzumbe university in the year 2020 thereafter joined the University of Dar es salaam for her masters degree in Public health. Ms. Theresia is also passionate about researching and has gained a great deal of experience in both research and Data management, in her jorney she has worked with different institutions including Action aid Tanzania, Nelson Mandela African institute of Science and Technology and Plan internattion. She is currently serving as an Administrative assistant to the country Director of Jhpiego Coorporation in Tanzania. Ms. Theresia is dedicated to driving growth and success for youth with the ability to offer outstanding mentorship and support.

Yasintah Oscar Mgallah
PR and Communications ManagerA Mining Engineer by profession with a diverse experience in Tech, Commercial and Finance working with multi-national companies including Barrick Gold Corporation, GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals and AB-InBev. Over the decade with her comprehensive knowledge, cross-functional managerial and collaboration skills, and passion for driving results, Yasintah has fearlessly embraced new challenges and continuously grown in her career. Currently at AB-InBev she has ventured into the finance space as a Planning and Performance Manager for over six countries in East, West and Southern Africa. Her passion for continuous learning is evident in her achievements. She holds a BSc. in Mining Engineering from the University of Dar es Salaam and certifications as a Licensed Scrum Master and Product Owner by Scrum Inc. and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by Leadership Center. Yasintah is not only known for her relentless drive and financial prowess but also for her unwavering belief in change for the better. She is passionate about empowering and supporting the youth and has worked with Youth Organizations such as BFA and AIESEC in the past. Through her work and advocacy, she strives to create opportunities and make a positive impact in the lives of young individuals.

Dr. Martha Safari
Programs ManagerA medical doctor by profession. She is highly motivated with years of experience working in a clinical environment, committed to providing individuals with outstanding care and support to help them improve their quality of life. Her journey in the health field started in the year 2018 at the Hubert Kairuki Memorial university where she attained a bachelor’s degree in medicine. Being passionate about Public Health, she went further and pursued a Master’s degree in Public Health at the University of Dar es Salaam. Dr. Martha holds a strong ability in developing consultative relationships with diverse groups, communities and cultures. Ready to use expertise in the Public Health field to build an Organization’s reputation within its community. She believes that community is much more than belonging to something; Its about doing something together that makes belonging matter.

Sarah Mathew Massawe
Project ManagerA Medical Doctor with over 3 years of experience in the medical field, research, and insurance. She can articulate a vision, strategies, and ideas clearly to support the organization to achieve its objectives through professional integrity and progress. She holds a strong academic background as a medical practitioner having graduated in 2018 from Hubert Kairuki Memorial University, bachelor’s degree in Doctor of Medicine, later in 2020 she began her journey of pursuing master’s on Public Health at the University of Dar es salaam. Currently she works at Jubilee Health Insurance Company in Dar es salaam Tanzania, her areas of focus are claims quality and cost control plus managing and coordinating ongoing reconciliations, which has strengthened her ability to plan, organize, monitor, evaluate, stakeholder management and attain outstanding leadership skills.

Ms. Winnie Kaaya
Operations ManagerWinnie Kaaya is a passionate heritage and community development advocate currently serving as the Operations Manager at Save Youth Dream Foundation (SYDF). She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology and Geography from the University of Dar es Salaam. Her areas of expertise include cultural heritage management, anthropology, ArcGIS, Environmental Impact Assessment, and archaeological research. Winnie has held various leadership positions in different organizations, including Communication Manager at Tanzania Graciously Givers Charity (TGGC) and Regional Coordinator for The Great African Foundation (TGAF) in Dar es Salaam. Beyond her academic and professional roles, Winnie is a committed humanitarian with a strong passion for youth empowerment, child protection, and gender equality. She has led successful projects such as providing health insurance cards for vulnerable children and facilitating school-based gender bias awareness campaigns in the Maasai community in collaboration with ECAN Tanzania and the USA-based University of Delaware. Winnie is dedicated to creating sustainable change and building a society where every child and youth is safe, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.
